2 British beef fillet steaks, the bone has been left in which gives a superb flavour during cooking.
Pan fry the steak and then de-glaze the pan to make a really special jus.

Pan Fry logo. RARE MEDIUM WELL DONE 4 - 6 mins 8 - 10 mins 12 - 14 mins Remove from the packaging and allow to breathe for 10 mins. Heat 1 tsp of oil in a frying pan. Place steaks into the pan, sear steaks on each side for 1-2 minutes. Turn down heat to medium and continue to cook for required time, turning halfway through cooking time. Ensure the surface of the meat is thoroughly cooked.
