Pan Fry logo. RARE MEDIUM WELL DONE 6 - 8 mins 10 - 12 mins 16 - 18 mins Remove from the packaging and allow to breathe for 10 mins. Heat 1 tsp of oil in a frying pan. Place steaks into the pan, turning halfway through cooking time. Ensure the surface of the meat is thoroughly cooked. Allow to rest for 5 minutes once cooked.
