Outdoor Bred British pork, roasted chestnuts and fresh leeks have been combined with an oak-smoked pancetta to make this delicious sausagemeat stuffing. The Mason Cash ceramic dish is included, so you can simply roast and bring to the table to serve.

Cook thoroughly until the juices run clear. Cool leftovers to room temperature, refrigerate within two hours, consume within two days.
Preheat oven (200°C, 180°C (Fan), gas mark 6) Remove ceramic dish from box and remove film. Cover the ceramic dish with foil Place on a baking tray in centre of a pre-heated oven for 70 minutes. Remove the foil and cook for a further 15 minutes. (Time 85 mins Oven: 200°C, Fan: 180°C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 6)
