Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Loosely wrap plaice in foil to make a parcel, place on a baking tray in centre of oven and cook for 8-10 minutes. Remove from oven on baking tray, open foil parcels and add butters on top of the plaice fillets, then return to oven to cook for a further 4 minutes. Do not reheat once cooled. (Time 14 minutes Oven: 200°C, Fan: 180°C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 6)
