Cured and cooked ham with a sachet of spiced honey for finishing at home
British pork, wildflower honey (5%), salt, wheat dextrose, muscovado sugar, stabilisers di-, tri- and polyphosphates, cornflour, ground cinnamon, wheat glucose syrup, ground allspice, ground black pepper, ground cardamom, ground cloves, ground ginger, ground nutmeg, ground star anise, antioxidant sodium ascorbate, maize dextrose, preservative sodium nitrite, cane molasses
Prepared with 135g of pork per 100g of product. Moisture is lost during cooking and roasting.

Preheat oven Remove all packaging Line a roasting tin with foil, and place joint into the roasting tin. Cover the joint with foil. Cook for 1 hour and 10 minutes at 200°C Remove from oven and coat with the glaze Roast for a further 20 minutes (Time 1 hour 30 mins Oven: 200°C, Fan: 180°C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 6)
