SEEDED LOAF WHAT YOU NEED 410g pack Free From Seeded Bread Mix 320ml lukewarm water 1 tbsp olive oil 1 tsp caster sugar (optional) Method 1. Dissolve the yeast in the lukewarm water, sugar if desired. 2. Pour the seeded bread mix into a large bowl and blend in the yeast mixture a little at a time, until evenly combined. 3. Roll the dough into 1 loaf, then score the surface with a knife. Transfer to a lightly oiled baking tray. 4. Leave in a warm place for about 1 hour. 5. Preheat the oven to 200�C, gas mark 6. 6. Just before cooking, generously brush top of bread with the olive oil. 5. Cook for 35-40 until golden brown. To make seeded rolls - Divide the dough into 8 and roll into balls, place on a lightly oiled baking tray. Leave in a warm place for about 1 hour, brush with olive oil and cook for 25-30 until golden brown. (Time 30 minutes Oven: 200�C, Fan: 190�C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 6)

You will need: 400ml lukewarm water, 1 table spoon oil, 1 tea spoon sugar (optional) 1. Dissolve the yeast in 400ml lukewarm water, adding 1 teaspoon of sugar if desired. 2. Pour mixture into the bread mix moulds, add the yeast mixture and oil. 3. Turn the machine choosing a 3 hour 30 minute programme. 4. At the end wait until the bread has completely cooled before removing from the moulds. (Time 3hours 30 minutes)
