YORKSHIRE PUDDINGS WHAT YOU NEED 130g Free From Yorkshire Pudding & Pancake Mix 2 medium eggs 150ml water 100ml milk 4 tbsp sunflower oil Method 1. Preheat oven to 220�C, gas mark 7. 2. In a jug or a bowl beat together the eggs, water and milk. 3. Empty the Yorkshire pudding mix into another bowl and gradually whisk in the egg mixture until smooth. 4. Refrigerate 10 minutes. 5. Add the oil to each cavity of a 12 hole muffin tin. Heat the tray on the top shelf of the oven until the oil is sizzling hot. 6. Pour the batter into the hot oil, filling each tray cavity by one-third. Return the tray quickly to the oven. Bake for 18-20 minutes until crisp and golden brown. FOR DAIRY FREE OPTION: use soya milk instead of cows' milk. PANCAKES WHAT YOU NEED 130g Free From Yorkshire Pudding & Pancake Mix 1 medium egg 100ml water 100ml (for American pancakes) / 200ml (for crepes) milk 2 tbsp sunflower oil Method 1. In a jug or a bowl beat together the egg, water and milk. 2. Empty the Yorkshire pudding mix into another bowl and gradually whisk in the egg mixture until smooth. 3. Heat a little oil in a large frying pan and spoon in 3 large tablespoons of batter into the pan. Cook for 2 minutes until bubbles form, then turn overt and cook for 1-2 minutes until golden. 4. Repeat to make another 3 pancakes. To make 6 crepes ' use the same added ingredients as for the Yorkshire puddings. Heat a little oil in a 23cm non-stick frying pan and pour enough of the batter to thinly cover the base of the pan. Cook for 1 minute until golden, turn over and cook for another minute. Repeat to make 6 crepes. FOR DAIRY FREE OPTION: use soya milk instead of cows' milk. ( Oven: 240�C, Fan: 220�C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 9)
