A three tier cake with a bottom tier (20cm) of rich fruit cake covered with marzipan and middle and top tiers (15cm and 10cm) of golden sponge with raspberry jam and buttercream filling, finished with marzipan and ivory soft icing, decorated with handmade sugar-paste antique pink roses and rosebuds, butterflies and gold dragées, topped with fabric hydrangeas and sugar-paste roses.
