Pre heat oven to 200�C / Fan 180�C / Gas 6. Place sausages onto an oiled baking tray in the centre of the oven and cook for 20 minutes.
Pre heat grill to medium. Place sausages under grill for 16-18 minutes, turning regularly.
Wait until coals have turned white. Brush each sausage with a little oil and cook for 16-18 minutes, turning frequently but carefully.
Pre heat 10ml of oil in a frying pan over a medium heat. Add sausages to the pan and fry over a medium heat for 15 minutes, turning frequently.
