SLOW ROAST Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Allow lamb to rest for 10 minutes to enable the colour to return and any containment odour to disappear. This does not affect the quality of the lamb. Cover loosely with foil and place in a roasting tray in centre of oven, remove foil for the last 30 minutes of cooking time. Ensure surface of meat is thoroughly cooked. Leave to rest in a warm place 10 minutes before carving. 'Roast' to appear in FOP - Cooking time box (Time SLOW ROAST 60 mins per 500g + 30 mins Oven: 180°C, Fan: 160°C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 4)
