Remove fresh herb before cooking. In foil - Remove film, place in oven, cook for 25 minutes at Gas 7, Electric 220°C, Fan 200°C, stir and place back in oven for another 25 minutes or until roasted. . If tipping onto a baking tray, cook for 30-35 minutes, turning occasionally so product doesn't stick and to ensure an even roast. Before serving, crush roasted clove and stir through vegetables and strip the thyme leaves from the sprig and tumble through the roasted vegetables. ( Oven: 220°C, Fan: 200°C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 7)
