Preheat oven. Remove sleeve and film. Place directly on oven shelf in centre of oven. Cook thoroughly until the juices run clear and there is no pink meat. Rest for 5 minutes before serving. (Time 25 minutes Oven: 200�C, Fan: 180�C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 6)
