Remove box and plastic lid. Place pot on a baking tray in the centre of the oven. Cook thoroughly until the juices run clear. Turn out onto a serving plate, ensuring all the sauce from the base of the pot is spooned over the cooked product. Cool leftovers to room temperature, refrigerate within two hours, consume within two days. (Time 50 - 55 minutes Oven: 200�C, Fan: 180�C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 6)
