CASSEROLE TYPE TEMP TIME Electric 180ºC 1¼ -1½ hrs Fan 160ºC 1¼ - 1½hrs Gas gas 4 1¼ - 1½ hrs Heat 1 tbsp oil in a non-stick frying pan. Add cubed meat and cook for 4-5 mins until browned. Add a selection of root vegetables and 400ml stock, bring to the boil. Transfer to an ovenproof dish, cover and place in oven for remaining time or until thoroughly cooked. ( Oven: 180°C, Fan: 160°C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 4)
