Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Season some flour with salt and freshly ground pepper. Dust the lamb in the seasoned flour. Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a casserole dish. Fry the lamb over a medium high heat until browned on all sides. Add vegetables as desired and cook for five minutes. Add 400ml of beef stock. Cover and cook for remaining time. (Time 1 1/2 hours Oven: 170°C, Fan: 150°C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 3)
Remove all packaging. Place the meat into a preheated non-stick frying pan, turning occasionally until the surface of the meat is thoroughly cooked. **pan fry is the favourite methods so must go first, on top of casserole, and on front of pack (Time 12-14 mins)
