Preparation & Storage
- Temperature: 8°C for the perfect taste, structure and aroma. Put your bottle in the lowest and therefore coldest compartment of your refrigerator or in an ice bucket (never in the freezer) to chill at 2°C and it will be ready in two and a half hours. The Champagne glass: The flute has gradually emerged as the queen of champagne drinking. Its slender body lends itself to visual inspection of the wine and the concentration of flavours.
Storage in the cellar or in wine thermoregulated cabinets. This category of champagne is not intended to be kept to one side for long, so drink it quickly to take advantage of its freshness and fruitiness. Non Vintage <5 years. The ideal cellar has a constant temperature of about 12°C in all seasons. To prevent the cork from drying out, deforming and letting in gas, maintain 75% to 80% humidity in your cellar. Position: When horizontal, the contact with the wine allows the cork the retain its elasticity, and therefore its water-tightness. This wine is ideal for drinking now but can be kept for up to 5 years
