General
Cook thoroughly until the juices run clear and there is no pink meat.

Oven Cook

From Chilled/Ambient
Remove all packaging. Place lamb in a roasting tray in centre of oven. Ensure surface of meat is thoroughly cooked. Leave to rest for 10-15 mins before carving. (Time medium 25 mins per 500g + 25 mins, Well done 30 mins per 500g + 30 mins Oven: 180�C, Fan: 160�C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 4)
