Ensure the surface of the meat is thoroughly cooked.

Oven Cook

From Chilled/Ambient
Roast Rare 40mins per kg + 20mins Medium 50mins per kg + 25mins Well done 60mins per kg + 30mins Preheat oven. Place in a roasting tin in centre of oven. Ensure the surface of the meat is thoroughly cooked. Leave to rest in a warm place for 10 minutes before carving. (Time per kg Oven: 180�C, Fan: 160�C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 4)
