Well done 30 mins per 500g + 30 mins Slow Roast 40 mins per 500g + 40 mins Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. For well done place uncovered in a roasting tin. For slow cook loosely wrap the lamb in tin foil. Place in a roasting tin in oven. Ensure the surface of the meat is thoroughly cooked. Leave the lamb to rest in a warm place for 10-15 minutes before carving. (Time 30 mins per 500g + 30 mins Oven: 170�C, Fan: 150�C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 3)
