Preparation & Storage
- Wash hands, all surfaces and utensils after touching raw meat
Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Place lamb in a roasting tray in centre of oven. Ensure surface of meat is thoroughly cooked. Leave to rest in a warm place for 10-15 minutes before carving. (Time Welldone: 30 minutes / 1/2kg + 30 minutes. Medium: 25 minutes / 1/2kg+ 25 minutes. Oven: 180�C, Fan: 160�C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 4)
Keep refrigerated below 5°C. Once opened, consume within 1 day. Do not exceed use by date. For use by date see front of pack. Packaged in a protective atmosphere. Freeze as soon after purchase as possible and within the use by date. Use within one month. Defrost fully before use: do not refreeze once defrosted.
