Preheat oven to 220�C, 425�F, Gas Mark 7. Remove all packaging from pizza. As our tomato sauce is baked onto the wood fired bases some of the toppings may move and need to be re-distributed before baking. Place directly on the middle shelf of the oven and cook for 8-10 mins. Do not reheat.
