Our Almond Croissants are prepared with French flour and A.O.P. Charentes butter, which is made using traditional methods in the Poitou-Charentes region, and gives the dough a rich, buttery taste and light, flaky layers. They're quickly frozen in France and baked here in the UK, so they're always beautifully soft.
