(Roast icon) Remove all packaging. Preheat oven. Place in a roasting tin. Cook thoroughly until the juices run clear and there is no pink meat. Leave to rest in a warm place 10-15 mins before carving. Cooks Tip: To achieve good crackling, brush rind with a little oil and rub in plenty of salt. (Time 35 mins per 500g (1/2 kg) + 35 mins Oven: 180�C, Fan: 160�C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 4)
