Remove all packaging. Season flour with salt and freshly ground pepper. Dust the lamb shanks in the seasoned flour. Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a casserole dish. Fry the lamb shanks over a medium high heat until browned on all sides. Add vegetables and cook for five minutes. Add 500 ml of beef stock. Cover and cook for 2 hours. (Time 2-2.5 hours Oven: 170�C, Fan: 150�C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 3)
