Product Summary

Known for it's distinctive flavour and melt in the mouth texture, Iberico cured meats are a Spanish delicacy made wih pork from black-hooved Iberico pigs. Bellota Iberico only comes from pigs which roam freely in oak woodlands and feast on acorns during the autumn, giving the meat a rich, nuty flavour. Our selection includes chorizo sausage spiced with garlic and paprika, aromatic lomo made from pork loin flavoured with herbs, and silky jamon .

Serving suggestion: to appreciate the full flavour of these meats, please remove the pack from the refrigerator and open 30 minutes before serving.

Lomo

Pork loin, salt, antioxidant sodium ascorbate, skimmed milk powder, paprika, sugar, garlic powder, acidity regulator sodium citrates, preservatives potassium nitrate and sodium nitrite

Prepared with 160g of pork per 100g of product. Moisture is lost during curing and maturation
