It's reared by carefully selected specialist farms in Norfolk, Suffolk and Wiltshire, where the pigs spend their entire lives outdoors, with straw filled arcs and tents for shelter.

Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Place the pork belly in foil and form a tent, make sure the foil is sealed around all the edges. Place onto a roasting tray in the centre of oven. Cook thoroughly until the juices run clear and there is no pink meat. Uncover the pork belly for the last 40 minutes to crisp up the fat. Leave to rest for 10 minutes before carving. (Time 90 mins per 500g + 30 mins Oven: 180°C, Fan: 160°C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 4)
