Preheat oven. Empty meat and liquor into a roasting tin, and cover with foil. Cook in a preheated oven for 30 minutes. Remove foil, drain off liquor, and return to oven for a further 10 minutes. Serve. (Time 40 mins Oven: 200°C, Fan: 180°C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 6)
