Place burgers on a lightly greased baking tray in the centre of oven Gently turn the burgers once during cooking Cook thoroughly until the juices run clear and there is no pink meat Allow to stand for 5 minutes before serving (Time 40-50 mins Oven: 200°C, Fan: 180°C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 6)
