Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Place salmon fillets on a baking tray in centre of oven. Do not reheat once cooled. (Time 12-14 mins Oven: 200�C, Fan: 180�C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 6)
Remove all packaging. Heat one tablespoon of oil in a frying pan over a medium heat. Place salmon skin side down and fry gently. Turn halfway through cooking. Do not reheat once cooled. (Time 10-12 mins)
