Our Sloe Gin-Cured British Ham is made from outdoor bred pork, and dry cured the traditional way for at least five days, using sloe gin from a craft distillery to infuse the meat with its rich, aromatic flavour. It's topped with a sweet and tart glaze made from juicy blackberries and damsons, and oven-roasted.
