Our Cider-Cured British Ham is made from outdoor bred pork and dry cured the traditional way for at least five days, using Kentish cider to infuse the meat with its sharp, fruity flavour. It's topped with a Bramley apple glaze, sprinkled with a lightly spiced nutmeg and cinnamon crumb and oven roasted.
