Our Dorset Ale-Cured Ham is made from outdoor bred British pork, and dry cured the traditional way for at least five days using ale from a Dorset brewery to infuse the meat with its rich, hoppy flavour. It's generously topped with British wholegrain beer mustard, and oven roasted.
