A delicious free range smoky but sweet ham, with a firm bite.
It is dry cured for 5 days, then smoked with Hazelwood chips and slow cooked for over 8 hours.
Keep refrigerated - Below 5oC
Free range pork, salt, demerara sugar, sugar, antioxidant sodium ascorbate, preservatives sodium nitrite and potassium nitrate
Prepared with 116g of pork per 100g of product.
Moisture is lost during cooking and smoking.
