TYPE TEMP RARE MEDIUM WELL DONE Electric 180°C 30 mins 35 min 40 mins per kg Fan 160°C 30 mins 35 mins 40 mins per kg Gas Mark 4 30 mins 35 mins 40 mins per kg Preheat oven. Place the meat in a roasting tin in a pre-heated oven. Ensure that the surface of the meat is thoroughly cooked. Leave to rest in a warm place for 10-15 mins before carving. (Time medium: 35 mins per kg Oven: 180°C, Fan: 160°C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 4)
