We cure our pork legs in a Wiltshire brine, maturing them on the bone to develope a suculent taste and texture. Cooked and smoked over oak wood chips for a subtle smoky flavour. Formed from prime cuts of pork leg meat.


British pork, salt, preservatives sodium nitrite and potassium nitrate

Prepared with 110g of pork per 100g of product.

Moisture is lost during cooking and smoking.
