Abervale lambs are sired by rams carefully selected to produce exceptionally tender lamb. They?re reared by a small, dedicated group of producers who are passionate about delivering the best lamb for our customers. The lamb is then matured on the bone for extra favour and tenderness.

Cook thoroughly until the juices run clear.
Preheat oven. Remove all packaging retaining the sachet. Allow the lamb to rest for 10 minutes to enable the colour to return and any containment odour to disappear. Cover the lamb shoulder with foil and place on a roasting tray in centre of oven. Uncover the lamb for the last half hour, pour over the contents of the sachet and baste every 10 minutes. Cook thoroughly until the juices run clear. (Time 90 mins per 500g Oven: 180°C, Fan: 160°C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 4)
