Preparation & Storage
- Wash hands, all surfaces and utensils after touching raw poultry.
Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Place on a baking tray and cook in the centre of oven. Cook thoroughly until the juices run clear and there is no pink meat. (Time 40-45 mins Oven: 190�C, Fan: 170�C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 5)
Take extra care when barbecuing. Bake in the oven first and place immediately on the barbecue for 5 minutes to finish off.
Do not reheat once cooled.
Keep refrigerated below 4ºC. For use by date see front of pack. Do not exceed use by date. Freeze as soon after purchase as possible and within the use by date. Use within one month. Defrost fully before use: Do not refreeze once defrosted.
