Oven Cook

From Chilled/Ambient
Preheat oven. Remove the clear bag, cover loosely with foil. Place the foil tray on a baking tray in the centre of the oven and cook for the recommended time. Remove the foil cover for the last 15 minutes. Pierce the thickest part of the breast meat with a skewer and check that there is no pink meat and the juices run clear. If more cooking time is required, return it to the oven and continue cooking for a few minutes and retest. Allow to rest for 15 minutes before carving. (Time 45mins per kg +20mins Oven: 190�C, Fan: 170�C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 5)
