Cook thoroughly until the juices run clear. Cool leftovers to room temperature, refrigerate within two hours, consume within two days.
To bake as sausagemeat block: Preheat oven. Remove stuffing from the tray and greaseproof paper from the bottom of the stuffing then place on a baking tray in centre of oven. To bake as sausagemeat balls: Preheat oven. Remove all packaging and cut stuffing into 12 equal pieces Roll into balls with slightly wet hands. Place on a baking tray in centre of oven. (Time 40 - 45 mins Oven: 200�C, Fan: 180�C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 6)
