Beech smoked & muscovado glazed gammon. Sweet cured and finished with a muscovado glaze. Hand cured with salt and sugar, then matured slowly, beech smoked and finally covered in a muscovado glaze for a fabulous sweet flavour. Prime British pork, from pigs born outdoors and reared in airy, straw-bedded barns.

Oven Cook

From Chilled/Ambient
Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Place in a roasting tray and cover loosely with foil. Remove foil for last 25 minutes of cooking time. Cook thoroughly until the juices run clear. Leave to rest for 10 minutes before carving. (Time 30 mins per 500g + 30 mins Oven: 200�C, Fan: 180�C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 6)
