With sour cherries, grain mustard & rosemary, this stuffing is made with slow cooked duck, mixed with pieces of Belgium waffle. Roast in the oven or fry off on the hob - makes a real alternative to sauagemeat stuffings!

For extra succulence, add a knob of butter to the foil tray before cooking (optional) Loosely cover the foil tray with tin foil, place in the centre of a pre heated oven for 20 minutes Remove tin foil and return to the oven for a further 10 - 15 minutes Cook thoroughly until the product is piping hot (Time 30 - 35 minutes Oven: 200�C, Fan: 180�C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 6)
HOB/STOVE & OVEN COOK Add a knob of butter to a saucepan and melt on medium heat Add contents of foil (retaining foil) to the saucepan and gently saut� / cook on a medium heat for 5 - 7 minutes, stirring gently and occasionally Transfer all the contents of the saucepan evenly back into the foil tray, place back in the centre of the pre heated oven for 20 minutes Cook thoroughly until the product is piping hot
