A moorish stuffing made with outdoor bred pork, wrapped in a lattice of puff pastry.

Cook thoroughly until the product is piping hot, the pastry is golden brown, the juices run clear and there is no pink meat.
Place plait on a lightly greased baking tray in the centre of a pre heated oven for 40 - 50 minutes. (Time 40 - 50 minutes Oven: 200�C, Fan: 180�C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 6)
