Oven Cook

From Chilled/Ambient
Preheat oven. Remove all packaging retaining sachet for later use. Wrap joint in foil bringing the edges together to form a tent. Place in a roasting tray in centre of oven. Remove from oven 30 minutes before end of cooking time. Uncover the lamb and pour over the sauce. Return to oven for 30 minutes basting occasionally. Rest in a warm place for 10 minutes before carving. (Time 30 minutes per 500g + 30 minutes Oven: 180�C, Fan: 160�C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 4)
