Remove all packaging. Place the smoked haddock in a large pan and add enough cold water to just cover the fish. Bring to a gentle simmer. Cover with a lid and simmer on a low heat for 8-10 minutes. Drain. Serve immediately. Check food is piping hot. Do not reheat once cooled. (Time 8-10 minutes)
