Slow Roast Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Place lamb on oven tray and loosely wrap with foil. Ensure the surface of the meat is thoroughly cooked. Rest in a warm place for 10-15 minutes before carving. (Time 40 mins per 500g + 40 mins Oven: 170�C, Fan: 150�C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 3)
