Microwave ovens vary. Refer to handbook. SPONGE PUDDING Remove outer packaging and film seal. Invert the basin onto a microwavable plate and place in microwave. Stand for 1 minute before serving. Check food is piping hot - if not reheat for a further brief period. (800W: 1 min 10 secs, 900W: 1 min, 1000W: 50 secs)


From Chilled/Ambient
For best results steam Remove outer packaging. Do not remove film lid. Place the basin in a steamer or saucepan with a trivet or an upturned heat resistant saucer under the pudding. Fill the pan with boiling water so that it comes halfway up the basin. Do not allow to boil dry. Carefully remove the basin from the pan, remove the film seal and turn basin facing downwards onto a plate. (Time 30 minutes)
