Preheat oven to 200�C, Gas 6, Fan 180�C. Remove outer packaging. Place guinea fowl supremes on a baking tray in the centre of the oven. Cook for 30-35 minutes. Allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving. Always check that the product is cooked throughout and no pink colour remains. Check food is piping hot. Do not reheat once cooled.
