Remove all packaging. Cook directly from frozen.All appliances vary in performance.The following instructions are a guide only.
Pre-heat oven to 200�C. Evenly arrange Fish Fingers on a greased baking tray. Place tray in centre of oven and cook for 12-15 minutes until cooked.
Place Fish Fingers on a baking tray. Brush both sides of Fish Fingers with oil. Grill for 3 minutes. Turn and grill for further 3-4 minutes.
In a little pre-heated oil over moderated heat, fry Fish Fingers for 5-6 minutes turning frequently until cooked.
Pre-heat oil to 170�C. Deep fry Fish Fingers for 3-4 minutes until cooked.
