Simply remove all packaging & cook from frozen as follows.All appliances vary, these are guidelines only.Ensure Quorn Sausage Patties are piping hot before serving.
Place 1 Pattie on a non-metallic plate. Cover with microwavable film, pierce in several places and cook as below:Microwave Power Output 850W/E, Heating Time (full power) 1 1/2 minutes, Stand (inside microwave) 1 minute.
Pre-heat 1 tablespoon of oil. Fry Quorn Sausage Patties over a medium heat for 7 minutes turning frequently.
