To cook in a conventional oven and fan oven from chilled. Preheat oven. Remove outer packaging. Place fish on a baking tray in a single layer in the centre of the oven. Cook for 10-12 minutes. Allow to stand for 1 minute. Check food is piping hot. Do not reheat once cooled. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only. (Time 10-12 minutes Oven: 180°C, Fan: 160°C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 4)
